University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), e-Link consortia will present the processes for universities and colleges with medical and health accredited programs to receive up to 65% of FCC USAC Rural Healthcare eligible expenses.

UAMS has e-Link consortia members in Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Florida, and Michigan.
